The partnership goal of Flavii in early preclinical stage is to de-risk the program through collaborations with CROs, CDMOs, and technology partners supporting CMC and preclinical validation. As the program advances toward IND and Phase I, the focus shifts to generating external credibility and value-adding signals. The ultimate objective is to reach a key inflection point (Phase I or IIa) to out-license the asset to a pharmaceutical partner. This strategy maximizes valuation while minimizing dilution and development risk.
